Scouting can play a vital role in personal & social development in student days and it can be a valuable learning experience to all involved.
I hope Victoria’s Scouts will grow in strength to meet the challenges and become the best Scouts in the Island . It’s the vision.
OSA-UK articulating in recent times. Also it’s the grand vision of every OSA to put Victoria on the map, be it studies, sports or scouting.
